Quasimodo Trading Setup
Entry:
As previously explained, the key entry point is at the left shoulder level, where the price often retraces to pick up unfilled orders. We will wait for the price to pull back to this level before entering a trade. A useful strategy is to incorporate a supply and demand zone at the left shoulder level to refine the entry point further.
Stop Loss:
The stop-loss should be placed just above the higher high in the case of a bearish setup or below the lower low in the case of a bullish setup.
Take Profit:
For a bullish reversal, the take-profit target is set at the most recent lower low. Conversely, for a bearish reversal, the take-profit target is at the most recent higher high.
